The last week of April, the High School program (coaches/participants) will lead three (3) developmental mini-clinics, each with its own focus. Details below.

Your aspiring cheer child can sign up for all three sessions or individually. Details in the registration form and below.

Timing: Clinics are on April 27th (Monday), 28th (Tuesday), and 30th (Thursday) at the High School Field House.

Grades & Time: Grades 5 - 8 / 6 - 8 pm

Price: Sign up for all three sessions = $99, individual sessions are $50 each.

Location: High School Field House

Registration Form - Sessions are opt-in or opt-out. Select 'yes' or 'no' for each option.

Focuses on motions, voice, tumbling foundations, and overall sideline performance. Athletes will learn proper motion technique, basic cheers and chants, and how to project their voice and engage a crowd. They will also be introduced to fundamental tumbling skills, focusing on body control, strength, and safe technique. This clinic is all about building confidence and helping participants feel game-day ready.  

Clinic 2 (4/28): Jumps, Conditioning & Stunting Foundations 

Centers on jump technique, strength, flexibility, and stunt fundamentals. Participants will work on toe touches, hurkies, and pikes, along with conditioning and drills to improve height, form, and control. Athletes will also be introduced to basic stunting skills, focusing on body positions, balance, and proper technique. This is a great option for athletes looking to build strength, develop foundational stunt skills, and refine their overall technique.  

Focuses on dance, rhythm, performance quality, and gameday routines with integrated stunting. Athletes will learn a short sideline/halftime-style routine incorporating basic stunts while developing timing, musicality, and expression. This clinic emphasizes confidence, performance energy, teamwork, and putting all skills together in a game-like setting.
