Calling all female athletes in Southwestern Connecticut!

The Iron Ladies Flag Football Club is looking for recruits for the Fall 2025 Season!

The Iron Ladies are the next evolution of flag football for girls in Fairfield County and beyond. What started in 2022 as a New England runner-up team is growing county-wide!

Our mission is to build upon the groundswell of Girls Flag Football participation in our towns.  Girls Flag Football is the fastest growing sport nationwide and now a varsity High School sport in many parts of New York and New England. 

We are dedicated parents and coaches who want to help players who love the sport develop, and create more competitive opportunities for them to excel.

·            Weekly practices and scrimmages Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings in Wilton

·            3 regional tournaments between October – Early December

·            Scrimmages against area towns and teams

·            Must be 10-14 years old as of 8/1/2025

·            $100 registration fee

·            First practice:  Thursday, September 4, 6:00-7:30pm
