Wilton Flag Football is an Official NFL Flag Football League.
Season Details
- Our Spring season is anticipated to run from 03/21/26 to 6/6/26 and is open to all boys and girls from Pre-K to 8th grade.
- Multi-activity participant-friendly, as games are played on Saturday afternoons and evenings after baseball, lacrosse, and other classic spring sports.
- Community volunteers coach all teams.
- High School and Middle School kids are the referees.
Season Timing
- Our Spring season is anticipated to run from 03/21/26 to 6/6/26 and is open to all boys and girls from Pre-K to 8th grade.
- There are no games on April 11, April 18, or May 23
- First game of the season is March 28th
- All practices and games are held at Middlebrook Fields (Middlebrook Middle School).
Division Details
- We offer Saturday clinics - registration fee is $99.
- Game Divisions are by Grade or Combined Grade - example: 5/6 or 5.
- Early-bird registration fee is $199 until 02/02/26.
- After 02/02/26, the everyday registration fee is $249.
Time Commitment
- Pre-K clinics are held on Saturdays afternoons.
- Grades K-8 games are held on Saturdays afternoons/evenings.
- Grades K-8 have a weekly practice, set by the volunteer head coach.
- Kids placed on teams the day(s) they can practice.
- Please be prepared with your child's after-school schedule while registering.
- During registration, you will be prompted to identify the weekdays when your child is unavailable to practice.
- Practice availability is taken into consideration when forming teams. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER TEAMS ARE SELECTED.
- Team selection is the week of 3/15.
Start Times / Schedules
- Saturday start times vary by grade/division.
- Grade/Division start times are after classic spring sports to provide kids with the ability to participate in other activities and sports.
- Clinics/games are held on Saturdays afternoons/evenings.
- Each Saturday a division/clinic will have the same start time.
- Practices are held on weekdays in the late afternoon or early evening.
- Initial Division game/clinic start times will be communicated by 3/07/26, and are subject to change based on Coach feedback.

- 04/11, 04/18 & 05/23 - No games
