You can choose your own Practice Day & Times (60 to 90 minutes normally)
You can choose your own NFL Team (All 32 NFL Team available)

Games are Saturdays usually between 11am and 6pm
The league will provide you with a coaches bag that will include Footballs, med kit, ice packs & flags
The league provides you with a Team homepage to communicate with your parents and post team pictures
